GOLD SPELL EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Exchanges:
If the product received has a manufacturing defect, the customer may request an exchange at no additional cost within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt of the product. To request an exchange, the customer must send an email to atendimentocliente@goold.app, providing the order number, the reason for the exchange, and photos of the product.
Returns:
Customers have the right to cancel their purchase and request a return within 7 (seven) calendar days from receiving the product. In such cases, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. To request a return, the customer must send an email to atendimentocliente@goold.app, providing the order number and the reason for the return.
Refunds:
In cases of exchanges or returns, customers may choose to receive a voucher equivalent to the product's value or a refund of the amount paid. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the purchase.
Return Costs:
In cases of exchanges or returns due to a product defect, Gold Spell will cover all shipping costs, including return shipping and shipping of the replacement product to the customer. In cases of returns due to purchase remorse, the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
Product Conditions:
For a product to be accepted for exchange or return, it must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included. If the product shows signs of use, Gold Spell reserves the right to refuse the exchange or return.
Applicable Law:
Exchanges and returns comply with the provisions of the Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8,078/90), which guarantees the right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) days, as well as the right to exchange in cases of product defects. Additionally, Law No. 13,455/17 ensures that consumers have the right to know the product's expiration date before purchase. Gold Spell is committed to adhering to all applicable laws and ensuring the rights of our customers.
Response Times:
Gold Spell commits to responding to exchange or return requests within 2 (two) business days. The resolution time for the issue may vary depending on the type of request, but it will always be communicated to the customer via email.
